Pride precedes the fall

I am getting my hair ‘did’ by one of my favorite stylist ever! Kristi has been my stylist off and on since I was 16. Every time I come back to my small hometown I try to get an appointment with her.
This time when I scheduled my appointment I encountered opposition for the first time ever. Kristi moved to a posh, little salon downtown. The receptionist was quite rude and snooty as I tried to schedule an appointment. image

After asking around the small town, this lady has a reputation for being haughty.  Her countenance reminded me of the Bible  verse that pride comes before destruction.  I pray this lady accepts Christ’s love and doesn’t have a horrible set back. Yet, I learned from her unpleasant nature.  I questioned myself, am I showing God’s love the best I can everywhere I go?
