Running on empty?


Sometimes, I find myself running on empty. Barely getting by, hoping to get through the day, desiring rest. Can you relate?
The thing is, our bodies warn us just like the blinking gas light in our car. We feel exhausted, our body aches, and our brain retires. We should really take heed our of body’s warning and relax. Everyone needs to recharge. It seems unattainable at times due to the nature of our busy culture. Yet, we must set our own pace and run at our own speed; not comparing ourselves to all around us. 🙂
