As cold fronts start to move in the northern areas, sickness tries to join. I woke up this morning and noticed my sinuses are acting up because of new cold fronts. I desired a hot cup of Echinacea tea but I am out. So I made a vitamin packed smoothie to naturally boost my vitamin C. I just used spinach, strawberries, bananas with yogurt and apple juice.
